A one-of-a-kind digital drawing, made from the things and the story you choose. It’s a story, not a portrait: people appear as part of it, drawn in Devika’s style, not traced from a photo.

Nothing is generated by AI. Because it’s drawn by a person, each piece is a little different from anything you’ve seen before, including our samples.

Placing an order saves your brief. It doesn’t charge you. We then talk on WhatsApp to make sure we can draw it, and you pay by UPI to our business account, which your UPI app will show as Dil Se Art Studio. Your order starts once the payment has reached us.

The price is the one shown on the last step before you placed the order, and it doesn’t change after that.

We may decline a brief before you pay, for example if it asks for something hurtful, or something we can’t draw well. If that ever happens after you’ve paid, you get a full refund.

You have 24 hours after paying to change anything. After that, or sooner if you tell us you’re happy, your brief locks and Devika starts. Once the brief locks, it’s final, and after delivery there are no changes to what was asked for. Mistakes on our part are always fixed free. Your doodle arrives 5–7 days after your brief locks, as a high-resolution file, by WhatsApp or email. If it’s going to be late, we’ll tell you before the day, not after.

If you send photos, you confirm that you’re allowed to, and that everyone pictured (or a parent, for a child) is happy for them to be used to draw your doodle. We use them for nothing else, and delete them 45 days after delivery. See Privacy.

It’s yours to enjoy. Print it, frame it, gift it, post it, set it as your wallpaper, for as long as you like.

Devika keeps the copyright, as artists do. That means using it to sell things (on products, in ads, for a business) needs a quick word with us first. We will never sell your doodle or license it to anyone else.

We only show your finished doodle on our site or Instagram if you said yes when you ordered. You can change your mind at any time, and we’ll take it down.

Talk to us first; we’d always rather put it right. If we can’t agree, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and nothing in them takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
